Supplier Quality Terms and Conditions

1. Quality System

Suppliers shall maintain a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 or AS9100 (preferred) and provide evidence upon request.

2. Product Conformity

Suppliers must ensure products, materials, and services fully meet all purchase order, drawing, and specification requirements.

Nonconforming products shall not be shipped without written approval from ICOMAT Ltd Quality Department.

3. Notification of Changes

Suppliers must notify ICOMAT Ltd of any changes in product, process, materials, sub-tier suppliers, or manufacturing location and obtain approval before implementation.

4. Flow-Down of Requirements

All applicable AS9100, customer, and regulatory requirements including key characteristics and special process controls must be flowed down to sub-tier suppliers.

5. Certificates and Records

Each shipment must include a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) referencing the PO and part number.

Quality records shall be retained for a minimum of 10 years and made available upon request.

6. Right of Access

ICOMAT Ltd, its customers, and regulatory authorities, reserve the right to access all applicable facilities and records for verification activities.

7. Counterfeit Prevention

Suppliers shall implement processes to prevent and detect counterfeit parts or materials in accordance with AS9100 requirements.

8. Awareness and Ethics

Suppliers shall ensure personnel are aware of:

• Their contribution to product conformity and safety
• The importance of ethical behavior

9. Performance Monitoring

Suppliers are subject to performance evaluation based on product quality, on-time delivery, responsiveness, and corrective action effectiveness.

10. Confidentiality

All information, drawings, and data provided by ICOMAT Ltd are confidential and must not be shared without written authorization.
